PERSONAL STATEMENT
I am a warm UK–US dual citizen with a strong background in direction, producing, and theatrical operations, including West End HOD experience and leadership on a major immersive show. Trained at LAMDA as an artist, I understand how to support creatives in excelling while staying true to the production’s vision. My collaborative, detail-driven approach is shaped by work in the UK and Los Angeles theatre scenes. I build respectful, inclusive rehearsal rooms, excel with understudies, and champion artist wellbeing and safety. I have exceptional communication and problem-solving skills and am particularly drawn to productions incorporating movement, the fantastical, reimagined classical works, and amplifying underrepresented voices.
Rehearsal & Understudy Support Experience
● Led understudy and alternate rehearsals across multiple productions, ensuring all covers were fully prepared to step in at a moment’s notice.
● Conducted staging reviews, role transitions, and note sessions to maintain performance quality and consistency.
● Balanced the director’s vision with individual performer strengths, guiding actors to bring their unique interpretation while upholding the production’s integrity.
● Used innovative rehearsal techniques (e.g. guided meditation in The Fempire) to help actors deepen their connection to their roles.

● Directed and dramaturged for the Young Writers Project (YWP), working with students from underfunded arts programmes to develop their original scripts alongside professional collaborators.
